Toroid Coils: Where Would We be Without Them?

It seems as though every day the electrical and electronics industry has a new and exciting product for us to enjoy—products that rely on toroid coils in transformers and inductors that are built into these exciting and innovative new circuitries. Toroid coils are donut shaped electrical and electronic components that are in countless products we use every day. Toroid coils and custom toroids may have an odd sounding name, but we certainly wouldn’t enjoy life nearly as much without them.
